Password and Login Help

Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and password. This applies to both free and upgraded Pandora accounts.

Reset or Change your Password on Mobile

Reset your password on mobile: 

If you're not already signed into the mobile app, and have forgotten your password, you can request a new one with the following instructions:

If you don't see this option, you may already be signed into the app. You can request a new password by requesting a new password here, then proceed with the rest of the instructions below.

  1. Open the Pandora app.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link located below the sign in fields.
  3. Enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account.
  4. Follow the instructions contained in the password-reset email after receiving it.

This email may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

Change your password on mobile:

  1. Open your Profile and tap the Settings gear in the top right corner. Select Account.
  2. From there you can change all your registration information (including your email address or password).
  3. Tap Save when you're done.

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.

  1. Enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account for a link to reset your password.
  2. When you receive the email, click on the link included to reset it on our site.

This email may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

Change your password on a computer:

If you want to update any of your registration information, including the email or password you use for Pandora, follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign into your account, click your icon (initial or picture) in the upper right hand corner, then visit Settings.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Click Edit next to Account Info to make any changes to your registration information.
  4. Tap Save to update your information, then confirm by entering your password.

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.

Not receiving the password reset email

If you're not receiving the password reset email when you request a new password, you may need to adjust some settings in your email before you try again. The most common issues have to do with spam filters and blocks.

We've provided links to the appropriate troubleshooting steps for the most popular email providers. If your email provider is not on the list, we recommend googling the term along with your email provider (e.g., "spam filter + Gmail").

1. Spam filters:

If you've ever marked an email from Pandora as "Spam" (or moved it to your "Spam" folder), then your reset email may be filtered out of your inbox. In most cases, you can set Pandora as an "approved" or "safe" sender to resolve this issue.

2. Blocked emails:

If Pandora's IP or email address has been blocked, you may not receive the reset password email. Check these settings in your email provider.

Blocked emails: Outlook

"No account under your email address"

If you get this message when trying to log in or reset your password, you might have created your Pandora account under a different email address. 

Try signing into Pandora with any older email addresses to see if that works instead.
