Manage my Pandora-billed subscription

If you purchased your subscription directly through our website, use the following directions to change your billing information or subscription plan.

To change your subscription from a computer:

1. Using your computer, log in to the Pandora website.
2. Click the icon (initial or picture) in the upper right corner > Settings > Subscription.
3. Enter your new billing information or click Switch Plans to choose a different subscription plan.
4. Click Save when finished.

To change your subscription from a mobile device:

1. Go to the Pandora website.
2. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. 
   • Select Update to enter your new billing information and Save your changes.
   • Select Switch Plans to change your subscription option and Confirm.

Any changes you make to your billing information or subscription plan will take effect upon the next renewal date.

Manage my PayPal-billed subscription

If you're using PayPal as a form of payment, you will need to change or update your payment method from your PayPal account. For more information, you can view PayPal's How do I add, update, or remove a card steps.

To change your subscription plan: 

You do not need to go the PayPal website to do this. All you need to do is log in to Pandora from our website, select the icon (initial or picture) and go to Settings > Subscription then click Switch Plans. Choose the plan you'd prefer and the changes will be made on your next billing date.

Manage my Google Play-billed subscription

If you purchased your Pandora subscription through the Google Play Store, check out Google's help page with information on how to manage, change or update your payment options on your Google Play account.

To change your Subscription plan, open the Pandora App:

1. Go to your stations list and tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Select Subscription. From here you can view your current plan, as well as your subscription options.

Mobile-phone billing is a payment option offered through Google Play for select carriers. We're unable to assist with managing subscriptions using this payment method and suggest contacting your mobile carrier for additional assistance.

If you purchased your Pandora subscription through the Amazon, you will need to manage your subscription through their App Store.

What if I don't know who my subscription is billed through?

Since there are several different ways to purchase a Pandora subscription, you'll need to determine the method you used in order to manage it. You could have upgraded:

• through the Pandora website
• through Apple, using your iPhone, iPod, or iPad
• through Google Play, using your Android device
• through Amazon, using a Kindle or Android device
• through Roku, using a Roku Pandora app
• through a TV or game system
• through your mobile carrier

If you can't remember how you purchased your subscription or who is billing you, you should check your bank statement for details on your latest subscription charge for Pandora.

After confirming which party is charging you (e.g., Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, PayPal, or Pandora) select that option from the menu above.

What if I don't see a Subscription section on my account?

If you do not see your subscription listed in your Settings, you may have:

1. Signed into the wrong Pandora account. Please sign out and sign back in to ensure you're logged into your upgraded account.
2. Subscribed through a third party. Please double-check your bank statement to see who is charging you, then follow the instructions on how to cancel a subscription through a specific vendor.
3. An expired subscription. If your payment method failed or you forgot to update your billing information before your renewal date, your subscription will expire. If this is the case, you will need to upgrade your account again in order to continue to receive the benefits of a subscription.

What if I want to switch from a monthly subscription to an annual one?

The yearly subscription plan option is only available when purchased directly through Pandora.

If you're a monthly subscriber that is currently being charged directly through Pandora for your Pandora Plus or Pandora Premium subscription, you can update the frequency of your billing directly from our website on a computer. The changes in your subscription plan will be made at the next renewal date.

If you purchased your subscription through any other store other vendor you'll first need to complete the steps to cancel your subscription through the store that is charging you and let your subscription expire. Then you can switch to the annual plan through Pandora.

What if I want a different party to bill me for my subscription?

If you'd like to change who is billing you for your subscription, you'll first need to cancel the subscription through the store that is currently charging you, wait for that subscription to expire, then re-upgrade through the store you'd prefer.

What if I've been double charged for Pandora?

If you've been double charged for Pandora, please contact Pandora Support for assistance, and provide:

• the email address on your main Pandora account
• as much detail about each charge as possible
